Meet the Team
Felix Toussaint began working in real estate in 2019 and quickly developed a love for the industry. He started as a licensed real estate agent, investor, and homeowner, and grew into an avid student of the market and real estate best practices. Now, he’s combined his knowledge and experiences to open Pelican Property Management Services and bring Escambia and Santa Rosa superior property management .
Nick Hall began working in real estate in 2019 when he remodeled and sold his first home. Since then he has developed a broad real estate portfolio, and has become highly proficient in property maintenance and the day to day workings of running a property management company. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of construction bring 5 star maintenance and management to your property.
